Police investigate thefts in Portsmouth

PORTSMOUTH, NH — The Portsmouth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in investigating a series of thefts that occurred over the weekend.

The thefts are believed to have taken place between Friday night and Sunday night in the area of Green Street, Maplewood Avenue, Deer Street and Russel Street.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed suspicious activity during that time period to come forward.

Residents with surveillance cameras covering the area are also asked to contact authorities.
