MANCHESTER, NH — A man wanted on multiple felony charges was arrested following a month-long investigation.
Jonathan Santiago Cruz Jr., 18, of Manchester, was taken into custody without incident on May 5.
Members of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigative Division and the Manchester Police Department Community Policing Division apprehended Cruz on an active warrant issued by the Hillsborough County Superior Court – North.
Cruz faces six indictments, including four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault involving a victim under the age of 13, one count of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault involving a victim under the age of 13, and one count of felonious sexual assault involving a victim under the age of 13.
