MATTAPAN, MA — A man was found shot to death late Saturday night in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston.
Officers responded to a report of a person shot at 28 Woolson Street at about 11:39 p.m. on May 9, 2026.
Police found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound at an outside scene.
Boston EMS responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The Boston Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
