CHAMBERSBURG, PA — A 47-year-old woman was arrested Friday on retail theft charges with assistance from the Greencastle Police Department.
Shona Dosher was taken into custody May 8 by the Chambersburg Police Department on an outstanding warrant issued April 29.
Police said Dosher stole a pair of pants from the Target store at 913 Norland Ave. and also took a wallet that had been mislaid by its owner.
Dosher is charged with retail theft and theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake.
The warrant was issued by Magisterial District Judge 39-2-01.
