YORK, PA — A 30-year-old man was arrested on a warrant stemming from a retail theft at a home improvement store.
Michael Daniel Berrios Colon, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody April 29 on charges related to an incident that occurred Nov. 5 at Lowe’s, 1175 Carlisle Road.
Police said Berrios Colon stole $891 worth of merchandise from the store.
A warrant for his arrest was issued March 3.
Berrios Colon was charged with one count of retail theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.
