CORTLANDVILLE, NY — A woman was arrested on a petit larceny charge at a Walmart store on May 1.
Tiffany L. Goff, 42, of DeRuyter, was taken into custody at approximately 5:21 p.m. after officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to the store at 819 Bennie Road at approximately 4:53 p.m. for a reported larceny complaint.
Officers determined that Goff stole merchandise from the store.
Goff was transported to the Public Safety Building for processing.
She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Cortlandville Court on May 18 at 1 p.m. for arraignment.
