NEW CASTLE, PA — A 67-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday on an identity theft charge.
Brenda Lee Hogue, of New Castle, was taken into custody by the New Castle Police Department on May 5.
An arrest warrant was issued April 22, 2025, by Honorable Melissa A. Amodie.
Hogue is being held by the New Castle Police Department.
The arrest occurred at 1712 Pennsylvania Ave.
The case is docketed as CR198-2026.
