LOWER WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, PA — A 59-year-old man faces charges of terroristic threats and harassment following an incident in late April.
Andrew John Prebich, of Hawley, was charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and harassment-communicating lewd, threatening language.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:40 p.m. on April 27 within the jurisdictional boundaries of Lower Windsor Township.
An arrest warrant was issued for Prebich on April 28 out of Magisterial District Judge Fishel’s office.
Prebich answered for his warrant on May 4, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled.
