NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A Pawtucket man was arrested following a motor vehicle accident on Route 138 West on Jan. 9.
Angus Gore, 32, of Pawtucket, was taken into custody at 7:12 a.m. by Rhode Island State Police troopers.
Gore faces charges of driving under the influence of liquor and/or drugs, first offense, with blood results pending.
He was also charged with reckless driving and other offenses against public safety, first offense, and disorderly conduct.
Gore was transported to Newport Hospital following the incident.
He was released on a misdemeanor summons with a notice to appear in Second District Court.
