CUBA, NY — A man was arrested following a motor vehicle accident on West Shore Road on April 25, 2026.
Timothy R. Hill, 49, of Delevan, was taken into custody at approximately 12:20 p.m., according to Cuba Police Department.
Hill was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and refusal to take a breath test, a violation.
He also faces violation charges of speed not reasonable and prudent, moved from lane unsafely, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a trailer without registration.
Hill was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment.
