BALLSTON, NY — A 42-year-old man was arrested Friday on charges of grand larceny and petit larceny, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Christopher P. Mosher, of Stillwater, is accused of stealing a wallet containing debit cards, credit cards and cash from a shopping cart at Hannaford on March 18, 2026.
Mosher was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a class E felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
He was released on appearance tickets pending proceedings in Ballston Town Court.
