Woman arrested on disorderly conduct charge in South Windsor

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Police arrested a woman following a domestic violence incident on April 29, 2026.

Emysha M. Collins, 31, of Cromwell, was taken into custody at 9:46 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a disturbance.

Police determined Collins initiated an argument with the victim.

During the incident, Collins broke the victim’s mug as he attempted to pour himself a drink, according to police.

Collins also shoved the victim, police said.

She was issued a misdemeanor summons for disorderly conduct and released at the scene.

Collins appeared in Manchester Superior Court on Thursday at 9 a.m.
