PARKESBURG, PA — Police have obtained a felony arrest warrant for a man on drug manufacturing charges following the execution of a search warrant.
Richard James Clendenin, 38, of Pennsylvania, is wanted on drugs and related offenses after police executed a search warrant in the 100 block of North Church Street on April 30.
The warrant was issued May 1 by District Court 15-3-07.
Clendenin is described as white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes.
The Parkesburg Borough Police Department is the holding department for the warrant.
