MIDDLETOWN, RI — Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested two Woonsocket residents on April 30, 2026, on warrants from the Middletown Police Department.
Daisy Ballou, 29, of Woonsocket, was arrested on an affidavit and arrest warrant for delivery of Schedule III/IV drugs.
She was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Middletown Police Department on scene.
Justin Belisle, 37, of Woonsocket, was also arrested on an affidavit and arrest warrant for delivery of Schedule III/IV drugs.
He was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Middletown Police Department on scene.
Both suspects share the same Woonsocket address.
In a separate incident on April 30, 2026, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Melissa Smith, 56, of Fernandina Beach, Florida, for obtaining property by false pretenses/personation greater than $10,000 and access to computer for fraudulent purposes.
Smith was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a future Sixth District Court date.
