Missing woman last seen in New York City

NEW YORK CITY, NY — State police are searching for a missing woman last seen in November.

Jessica L. Lord, 39, of Plattsburgh, New York, was last physically seen on Nov. 6 in the presence of the NYPD and Port Authority, according to New York State Police.

Her last known communication was on Jan. 2 via social media.

Lord is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion.

Her clothing description and last known area are unknown at this time.

She is known to have ties to West Virginia, New York City and New Jersey.
