PARKESBURG, PA — Police have issued a felony arrest warrant for a man accused of rape, aggravated assault and related offenses.
Richard Javier Vasquez Lopez, 23, of Pennsylvania, is wanted following an investigation that began on April 17.
The Parkesburg Borough Police Department is working with state and federal law enforcement partners to locate Vasquez Lopez.
Police describe Vasquez Lopez as Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
