WRIGHTSVILLE, PA — A Lebanon woman was arrested on a theft charge following an incident on Surrey Drive.
Charlix Ar Ortiz Goytia, 25, of Lebanon, was charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, a third-degree felony.
The incident occurred on April 9, 2026, at approximately 6 p.m. in the area of Surrey Drive.
An arrest warrant was issued for Ortiz Goytia on April 21, 2026, from Magisterial District Judge 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office.
Ortiz Goytia was arraigned on April 24, 2026, and bail was set.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
