ALTOONA, PA — Altoona police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 15-year-old girl last seen in the city.
Genesis Rodriguez, 15, is described as being 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 110 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
She was last seen wearing a light tan sweater, glasses, and carrying a small pink book bag.
