Disorderly conduct, leaving scene of accident charged in Enosburg

ENOSBURG, VT — Vermont State Police said Timothy Shover, 45, of Enosburg was cited after a disturbance at McDonald’s in Enosburg on April 23 at about 8:12 p.m.

Police said troopers received a report of the disturbance at 8:12 p.m. at the restaurant on Jay View Drive.

Police said the person of interest had left before troopers arrived but was located a short time later and identified as Shover.

Investigation found that Shover became disorderly toward McDonald’s employees and left after a collision occurred, police said.

Shover was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on June 8 at 8 a.m. to answer charges of leaving the scene of an accident and disorderly conduct.
