Man arrested on public drunkenness charge in Carlisle

CARLISLE, PA — Middlesex Township Police Department officers arrested Jason Harman, 51, of Carlisle, on a public drunkenness charge at a convenience store on the 1100 block of Harrisburg Pike on April 25.

Police responded to reports of a male appearing to be under the influence of alcohol.

Officers located Harman at the scene and determined he was intoxicated to the point of posing a risk to his own safety.

Harman was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Booking Center.

He faces one count of public drunkenness under Pennsylvania law.
