BALLSTON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Jeremy J. Ostrander, 35, of Milton, following a fraud complaint received Tuesday afternoon.
Deputies responded to a report on Kingsley Road at approximately 1:06 p.m.
Following an investigation, Ostrander was charged Wednesday with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a class E felony.
According to authorities, Ostrander is accused of stealing $2,100 from another individual on Nov. 21 by accepting money for a contracting job he allegedly never started.
Ostrander was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Ballston Town Court at a later date.
