MIDDLETOWN, PA — The Borough of Middletown Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing runaway juvenile.
Missing is 15-year-old Jelena Mosley, who is described as approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes.
Mosley has been in contact with her family over the past two days, however the family is unsure of her whereabouts.
