The driver was identified as Deadra Pino, 29, of Schenectady.
Pino was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
She was transported to SP Latham for processing where she recorded a 0.24% BAC.
Pino was issued tickets returnable to the Colonie Town Court on May 13, 2026, and released to a sober third party.
Man arrested on drug-impaired driving charge in Malta

MALTA, NY — State Police of Saratoga responded to a two-car crash on Malta Avenue at about 2:53 p.m. April 16, 2026.
The reportedly at fault driver was identified as Ryan D. Howard, 33, of Ballston Lake.
Howard was transported to Saratoga Hospital for injuries he sustained during the crash where a blood sample was taken to determine the alcohol and drug content of his blood.
Further investigation determined Howard has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years.
Howard was processed at SP Saratoga on April 20 for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and other vehicle and traffic violations.
He was issued tickets returnable to the Malta Town Court on May 14, 2026, and released.
Woman arrested on DWI charge in Clifton Park

CLIFTON PARK, NY — State Police of Clifton Park responded to a two-car crash on Plank Road at about 10:23 p.m. April 16, 2026.
The driver was identified as Sydney K. Fitzgerald, 23, of Charlton.
The investigation determined Fitzgerald was traveling northbound on Maxwell Road when she turned right onto Plank Road to travel eastbound and struck a westbound vehicle.
No injuries were reported.
Fitzgerald was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
She was transported to SP Northway-Clifton Park for processing where she recorded a 0.27% BAC.
Fitzgerald was issued tickets returnable to the Clifton Park Town Court on May 6, 2026, and released.
