NORWOOD, NY — A Potsdam man faces stalking and harassment charges following his arrest by Norwood Village Police.
Bryan A. Bicknell, 33, was arrested April 22, 2026, and charged with stalking in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor, and aggravated family offense, a felony.
Police allege Bicknell stalked and harassed a former female partner through various means, including in-person contact, emails and text messages, over a period of time.
Bicknell was arraigned in Potsdam Town Court on the charges.
He was also arraigned on an unrelated arrest warrant held by the Potsdam Police Department for a charge of aggravated harassment.
Bicknell was ordered held on $5,000 cash bail.
The court issued a new order of protection for the victim.
