CAMP HILL, PA — A New York man turned himself in to authorities on two arrest warrants stemming from a harassment investigation.

Ali Tobar, of Nyack, New York, surrendered to the Camp Hill Police Department on Thursday.

Police began investigating Tobar in May after receiving reports he was harassing victims known to him in the borough.

Tobar allegedly made social media posts about the victims even after being told to stop by them and by police.

The harassment escalated when Tobar posted partial nude photos of one of the victims that only he had possession of, according to police.

Tobar is charged with stalking, unlawful dissemination of an intimate image and harassment.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for a later date.
