MIDDLETOWN, PA — Lower Swatara Township Police arrested a man on assault and harassment charges following a disturbance on April 16, 2026.
Joshua Chadwick Myers, 39, of Middletown, was arrested after an incident in the 2100 block of Market Street Extension.
Police said Myers allegedly placed a victim in a chokehold during a verbal argument.
Myers was charged with one count of simple assault and one count of harassment.
