Fourth suspect arrested in Heritage Homes shooting in New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A fourth suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred at Heritage Homes on April 4.

Jamal Sinclair, 37, of Mt. Vernon, was taken into custody by New Rochelle Police detectives on April 16 without incident.

Sinclair was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, a class C felony, and reckless endangerment in the first degree, a class D felony.

Detectives identified Sinclair during their ongoing investigation into the shooting that occurred on the evening of April 4.

The investigation remains active.
