NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A Scituate woman was arrested on multiple fraud-related charges April 17.
Troopers arrested Kelley Bell, 58, of Scituate, at 9:25 a.m. for embezzlement and fraudulent conversion, obtaining property by false pretenses/personation and forgery and counterfeiting.
The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject being located by Newport Police.
Bell was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing then transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A Coventry woman was arrested on a bench warrant April 17.
Troopers arrested Allison Malachowski, 35, of Coventry, at 8 p.m. for a Third District Court bench warrant for failure to complete pretrial services on the charge of possession of a stolen vehicle, originating out of the West Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 95 South.
Malachowski was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Women’s Intake Center.
Man arrested on DUI charge in East Greenwich

EAST GREENWICH, RI — A West Warwick man was arrested on a drunken driving charge April 18.
Troopers arrested Sean Morel, 20, of West Warwick, at 12:28 a.m. for driving under the influence of liquor – BAC .10 to .15 – first offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 4.
Morel was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace and later released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.
