PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a missing 41-year-old man last seen Wednesday afternoon in the city’s 15th District.
Cannon Cesar was last seen at 1:15 p.m. on the 15XX block of Van Kirk Street on April 15, 2026, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Cesar is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 245 pounds, with brown eyes and a heavy build.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with a black stripe and khaki pants.
Police have classified Cesar as an endangered missing person.
