HAVERHILL, MA — A fifth person from Haverhill has been arrested in connection with a shots fired incident in the area of Emerson Street and Welcome Street.
Evan Carlisle, 24, of Haverhill, was taken into custody and is facing multiple charges.
The charges include disorderly conduct, three counts of armed assault with intent to murder, intentional/reckless discharge of a firearm into a dwelling, conspiracy, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, carrying a firearm without a license (second offense), and three counts of malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
Carlisle was arraigned at Haverhill District Court.
