LAKEWOOD, NJ — Members of the Lakewood Police Department Street Crimes Unit conducted a motor vehicle stop following suspicious activity in the area of River Avenue on April 9, 2026.
During the stop, officers continued their investigation, which led to the recovery of suspected narcotics and related paraphernalia from the vehicle.
The driver, identified as Robert Sullivan Jr., 43, of Bayville, was taken into custody without incident and charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
He was later released on a summons pending a future court appearance.
