SAUGERTIES, NY — A 44-year-old man was arrested on a child endangerment charge April 15.
Timothy M. Dolan, of Lake Katrine, was taken into custody at approximately 10:45 p.m. on Route 32, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
Police said officers discovered a situation involving an unsafe condition for a child while investigating a separate incident.
Dolan was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
