Two juveniles arrested on firearm charges in Lawrence

LAWRENCE, MA — Two juveniles were arrested on firearm charges Wednesday evening after officers responded to a report of a suspicious group.

Officers assigned to the early night shift responded to the area of Camella Teoli Way at approximately 6 p.m. April 15, 2026.

Officers located individuals matching the caller’s description at the intersection of Avon Street and Jackson Street.

During the investigation, officers recovered a firearm.

Two juveniles were taken into custody and charged with possession of a firearm without an FID card, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, and possession of a large capacity feeding device and ammunition.

A third juvenile was taken into custody and charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of justice.

All individuals were transported to the police station and processed without further incident.
