ENOLA, PA — East Pennsboro Police arrested a woman following a theft complaint at a residence on South Enola Road.
Police were called to 509 S. Enola Road at 9:49 p.m. on April 11, 2026 for a theft complaint.
Officers arrived and located the victim, who reported numerous items stolen.
The residence was also deemed unsafe for occupation by the East Pennsboro Codes Department.
An investigation was conducted and the suspect was identified as Hilary M. Scott, 52, of Enola.
Scott was arrested on April 13, 2026 and transported to Cumberland County Prison.
She was charged with criminal trespass and receiving stolen property.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled at Magisterial District Judge Sanderson’s office.
