ENOLA, PA — East Pennsboro Police arrested a man following a theft complaint at a residence on South Enola Road.
Officers were called to 509 S. Enola Road at 9:49 p.m. April 11 for a theft complaint.
Police arrived and located the victim, who reported numerous items stolen.
The residence was also deemed unsafe for occupation by the East Pennsboro Codes Department.
An investigation was conducted and the suspect was identified as Edward C. Sgrignoli, 59, of Enola.
Sgrignoli was arrested April 13 and charged with criminal trespass and receiving stolen property.
He was transported to Cumberland County Prison.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled at Magisterial District Judge Sanderson’s office.
