ENOLA, PA — East Pennsboro Police arrested a man on drunken driving charges following a single-vehicle crash Saturday evening.
Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Creekside Drive at 7:29 p.m. for a report of a single-vehicle accident.
Officers arrived and spoke with the operator, identified as James Augustus Jaisingh, 24, of Enola.
Jaisingh appeared to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, police said.
He was arrested and transported to UPMC West Shore for chemical testing.
Jaisingh consented to a blood test, according to police.
He was charged with driving under the influence and restriction on alcoholic beverages.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled at Magisterial District Judge Sanderson’s office.
