CARLISLE, PA — A man was arrested on assault charges after allegedly attacking a corrections officer during the booking process April 11, 2026.
Micah Eugene Harne, 24, of Pennsylvania, was initially taken into custody on an outstanding warrant and transported to Cumberland County Booking.
During the booking process, Harne refused to comply with instructions and physically assaulted a corrections officer, resulting in injury, according to authorities.
Harne was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment.
He is being held at the facility on Claremont Road.
