LEBANON, ME — A New Hampshire man has been arrested in connection with a fire that destroyed four vehicles on a wooded lot.
The Lebanon Fire Department requested assistance from the State Fire Marshal’s Office at 158 Upper Barley Road on Monday.
Fire crews responded to the wooded lot where four vehicles had been destroyed by fire.
Following an investigation, the State Fire Marshal’s Office determined the fires to be arson.
Investigators issued an arrest warrant for Jayce Racicot, 27, of Rochester, New Hampshire.
The property where the fires occurred is owned by Racicot’s grandfather.
Racicot owned three of the four vehicles that were destroyed.
Racicot was arrested Friday by the Rochester, New Hampshire Police Department on the outstanding warrant.
He is being held at the Strafford County Department of Corrections pending a fugitive from justice hearing.
The York County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
