SMYRNA, NY — Two people were arrested April 10 after an investigation into a trespass complaint.
Samantha R. Kilts, 36, of Smyrna, and Kristopher A. Kovack, 44, of Smyrna, were arrested by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities allege that Kovack and Kilts unlawfully went on the property of the victim, stole and damaged items.
Both were charged with trespass, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny.
Kilts and Kovack were released on appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Sherburne Court at a later date.
