LOWER WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help to identify two persons of interest in connection with a four-wheeler theft.
The theft occurred on April 9 on Surrey Drive, according to the Lower Windsor Township Police Department.
Police released photos of the individuals they are seeking to identify.
