DELHI, NY — A Sidney man has pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and bail jumping charges.
Wayne Cirigliano, 33, of Sidney, New York, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal mischief in the fourth degree and one count of bail jumping, Delaware County District Attorney Shawn J. Smith announced.
Cirigliano appeared in Village of Sidney Court before Judge Andrew Skrobanski on March 31, 2026.
ADA Susan Mallery prosecuted the case for the District Attorney’s Office.
Cirigliano was sentenced to five months incarceration for the criminal mischief charge and five months incarceration for bail jumping.
The sentences will run concurrently.
Cirigliano was ordered to pay $200 in restitution for damage caused at Circle Drive Apartments in Sidney.
He was also assessed $255 in fines and fees.
In November, Cirigliano damaged property at the home of a resident of the Circle Drive Apartments by pushing in a window air conditioning unit and then discharging a fire extinguisher into their home.
The fire extinguisher was also discharged onto their vehicle.
