LEBANON, NH — A 47-year-old man has been extradited to New Hampshire from Virginia on felony drug charges related to a fatal drug sale.
Ora Labrake was taken into custody on March 27 in Virginia on an outstanding warrant issued by the Lebanon Police Department in June 2024.
Police said the warrant stemmed from an investigation into a suspected drug distribution incident that occurred on April 19, 2024, in Lebanon.
The investigation determined that the incident resulted in the death of a Lebanon man.
Labrake is charged with controlled drug act violation for drug sale resulting in death and controlled drug act violation for sale of less than one-half ounce.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in Lebanon District Court on April 13.
