WRIGHTSVILLE, PA — A York man was arrested on stalking and harassment charges following an incident that occurred in March 2025.
Mario Anthony Vega Jr., 24, also known as “Tony,” was charged with stalking-repeatedly communicating to cause fear, harassment-communicating repeatedly in anonymous manner and harassment-course of conduct with no legitimate purpose.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 6, 2025, at approximately 12:45 p.m.
An officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges against Vega on March 18 at Magisterial District Judge Fishel’s office.
An arrest warrant was issued for Vega on April 8.
Vega was arraigned April 10 and a preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
