WILTON, NY — A Wilton man was arrested following a disturbance call on Carr Road.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to the call at 7:38 p.m. on April 3.
Daniel B. Harrichan, 32, of Wilton, was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony, and harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Harrichan is accused of violating an order of protection by subjecting the protected person to unlawful physical contact.
He was arraigned before the Honorable James Evans in Northumberland Town Court.
Harrichan was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings in Wilton Town Court.
