BLACKSTONE, MA — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect who burglarized a liquor store early Monday morning.
An unidentified suspect broke into Thrifty Discount Liquors at 97 Main St. between 12 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. on April 6, 2026, according to the Blackstone Police Department.
The suspect is described as a white male, possibly 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall.
He was wearing a black Champion sweatshirt with the hood up, a hat and/or face mask, blue sweatpants with a triangular-shaped logo on the left mid-thigh area, brown and tan work gloves, and a black backpack with a particular arrangement of zippers and an unidentifiable logo on the back.
Police identified the suspect’s footwear as black and white Adidas “Campus 00” model shoes based on the appearance and shoe pattern left behind.
The shoe size ranges from size 8 to size 9 based on tread measurements.
Surveillance cameras captured the suspect walking to and from the liquor store from the area of the Union Hotel parking lot at 18 Bridge St.
