ENOLA, PA — Three men were arrested early Monday morning following a traffic stop that led to the discovery of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
East Pennsboro Police initiated the traffic stop at 1:29 a.m. in the 400 block of State Street for a traffic violation.
The driver was identified as Toddrick Newton of Harrisburg.
Passengers were identified as Tremayne Blake, 30, of Harrisburg, and Carel Murphy of New Cumberland.
Officers impounded the vehicle for a search warrant.
A search of the vehicle disclosed controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
All three subjects were arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison.
Charges were filed and a preliminary hearing was scheduled at Magisterial District Judge Sanderson’s office.
