GROTON, CT — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a woman reported missing April 9.
Jamilys Taveras, 26, of Dorchester, Massachusetts, was last seen at approximately 12 a.m. April 8 in Groton City.
Taveras is described as a black Hispanic female, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 105 pounds.
She has short brown hair with shaved hair on the side.
Taveras left her relative’s residence on Thames Street and never returned, according to police.
She was last known to be wearing a black jacket, white sneakers and grey pants.
Police said Taveras may be in the New London area.
