LOWER WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, PA — An arrest warrant has been issued for a York man on stalking and harassment charges.
Mario Anthony Vega Jr., 24, also known as “Tony,” is wanted by the Lower Windsor Township Police Department.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 6 at approximately 12:45 p.m.
An officer with the department filed charges against Vega on March 18 at Magisterial District Judge John H. Fishel’s office.
The warrant was issued on April 8.
Vega is charged with stalking-repeatedly communicating to cause fear, a first-degree misdemeanor; harassment-communicating repeatedly in an anonymous manner, a third-degree misdemeanor; and harassment-course of conduct with no legitimate purpose, a summary offense.
Authorities say Vega frequents York, Cumberland, Dauphin and Lancaster counties.
