LOWER WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, PA — A bench warrant has been issued for a New Jersey man in connection with a criminal mischief incident at a local business.
Shane T. Leakan, 25, of Blackwood, New Jersey, was charged with criminal mischief-damage property on Jan. 15, 2026, at approximately 8:37 p.m.
The incident occurred at the Ranch, located at 1166 Hilts Road in Wrightsville.
A bench warrant was issued for Leakan on March 26, 2026.
Leakan is described as a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.
