HARRISBURG, PA — Police are investigating after a man was found dead from a gunshot wound in the 1300 block of Derry Street.
Officers were dispatched to the scene at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the deceased male had suffered from a gunshot wound.
An investigation was immediately initiated and is ongoing.
